Yes! All of our consumable products are 2018 Farm Bill compliant. 

CBD products, Hemp-derived D-8 THC products, and Hemp-derived D-9 THC products containing less than 0.3% D-9 THC are legal in all 50 United States.  

YES!! Our Laidback Lemonades are vegan. Keep an eye out we will be dropping some new vegan pectin gummies soon as well. 

We use USPS priority for shipping & delivery and do our best to ship orders out as soon as possible after the order is placed.  We will also choose to delay shipping due to weekends or holidays to ensure that your orders are not sitting in a hot warehouse or shipping facility.
